Vice-President – Operations and Account Executive
Jim graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. The rest, as they say, is history … Jim now oversees the operational side of our organization including human resources and technology along with his management and production responsibilities within our Insurance and Health & Benefits Departments. Jim became part of the Agency’s ownership group in 2003 and earned his Certified Insurance Counselor’s (CIC) designation in 2005. Ever since arriving in Xenia Jim has been an active member of the Xenia and Jamestown communities through his work on various community, church and non-profit organizations. Jim and his wife, Amberly, reside in Xenia and have three grown children, Abby, Kylie and Nate.
Get to know Jim
I could eat steak for every meal. ESPN is an addiction of mine. I have the best family in the world. Ohio State, the Bengal & the Reds are my personal vices. I do not understand the joy in reading or exercise but I am quickly realizing that it is becoming a necessary evil with age! I am the oldest of 6 kids and 5 are boys… I had a very patient mom. My golf game makes me cringe but I can’t stop loving the course! I take the opportunity to travel with my wife every chance I get… especially now that we are almost empty nesters! I kick myself for not playing football in high school. Cold beer makes me happy. I always want to be the best at whatever I am doing.
